Change Readiness Assessment & Index

The implementation of any significant or large scale change may benefit from and assessment of change readiness. This includes the deployment of a new strategy, undertaking a major improvement effort and especially organizational restructuring. Knowing in advance the predisposition or “readiness” for change among those who will be involved or impacted by the change can be valuable information in your change management efforts. Assessments utilize structured interviews or other input channels to obtain information on critical aspects of the change. For example, in a potential merger, those affected might be asked specific questions about Job Congruence and Collaboration Benefit Anticipation, and each individual would be scored on both aspects so they can be placed in a quadrant analysis where the readiness of the whole affected group can be more easily understood.
